Therapy at Centered Self & Healing Co. is rooted in the belief that healing happens when you are met with safety, understanding, and respect for your full lived experience.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I pay close attention to how your relationships, history, identity, and environment shape how you experience the world—and yourself.
I don’t rush the process or apply a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I listen deeply, collaborate with you, and gently guide you toward insight, growth, and emotional steadiness. Therapy is both a space to feel held and a place where meaningful change can unfold.
