Insurance
We offer both private-pay and insurance-based services, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs and preferences. We currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Optum, Medicare, and additional insurance plans may be added in the future.
For clients using out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide superbills that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We also offer private-pay options for those seeking greater flexibility and privacy in their care

Centered Self & Healing Co provides individual therapy and couples therapy for adults, teens, and young adults. Our clinicians support clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, school stress, and life transitions. Our goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care that supports meaningful growth and emotional well-being.

We understand that schedules can change. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or canceled without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to a late cancellation/no-show fee.

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know you and better understand what brings you to therapy. Your therapist may ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals for therapy. This conversation helps us understand how we can best support you. Many clients find the first session helpful because it creates space to begin talking openly about things that may have felt difficult to share before.
