My Approach

You are someone who holds things together well, maybe too well. You show up for your family, your work, your community, and somewhere in the middle of all of that you have been absorbing a specific kind of weight that most people around you do not fully see or name. It is not just stress. It is the accumulation of navigating spaces that were not designed with you in mind, while also managing everything else life is asking of you. You are looking for someone who actually understands the specific weight you are carrying and can help you work through it at the root.

My work starts by understanding the full context of what you are carrying, not just the symptoms but the cultural pressures, relational patterns, and lived experiences that shape your response to stress. Using an Emotionally Focused approach, we slow those patterns down and start building something steadier, responses from clarity rather than survival mode.

Therapy goes beyond “fixing” things—it’s about understanding your story, building awareness, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
